M&M confirms your preferred pickup or delivery time before handover. The 24-hour, weekend and seven-day packages run for 24, 48 and 168 hours from that confirmed time. All equipment is held through the return date so another hire cannot overlap.

Before you pay

Use the equipment safely and return it on time with the supplied items and required fuel. The bond is refundable after a satisfactory return inspection; any deduction must be explained and supported.

Cancellation: 72+ hours before handover, full refund or one free transfer. Later cancellations may retain only documented reasonable loss, capped at the hire charge for under 24 hours or no-show. The bond is returned in full on cancellation.

At handover: Valid current photo ID must be sighted at pickup or delivery before equipment is released. No ID photo upload is required.
