Simple hire conditions
Know the deal before the machine arrives.
A signed hire agreement, identification and refundable security bond are required. The bond is shown separately at checkout: $250 excavator, $50 trailer, $50 carpet cleaner, $50 steam cleaner or $75 pressure washer. The transport trailer is automatically included for $0 extra with an excavator hire, and the combination still has one $250 bond.
Engine hours per day
Extra usage is recorded from the hour meter.
Full-to-full fuel
Take it full and return it full. Actual refuelling costs may be deducted from the bond.
Refundable security bond
Clearly separated from the hire at checkout. After a clear return inspection, M&M initiates the refund to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
Return everything clean
The machine, trailer and attachments must be washed down and returned free of mud, soil, concrete, vegetation and rubbish. Actual reasonable cleaning costs may be deducted from the bond.
