Record the symptom
Exact dash message, when it happens, whether it is constant or intermittent, and any recent flat battery, jump-start or work.

Mobile full-system scan · plain-English report
M&M comes to you, scans the control modules supported by the vehicle and our TOPDON tool, then gives you a shareable report with a clear preliminary assessment. Where supported and relevant, selected live-data readings can also be recorded. No repairs are performed and no part is condemned from a fault code alone.
What you receive
A fault code identifies a condition detected by a control module; it does not by itself prove which component has failed. Coverage and functions vary by vehicle. This service is not a repair, roadworthy inspection, safety certificate, coding, programming, calibration or guaranteed diagnosis.

Real format · identifying details removed
This two-page example was built from a real 2014 Range Rover Evoque full-system pre-scan. Vehicle identifiers, customer details, scanner IDs and the original report number have been removed. It shows why a full-system scan can reveal useful evidence beyond the engine module.
Example results only. Every vehicle, warning and scan result is different.
Evidence first
The aim is to preserve the evidence, explain what the vehicle reported and give you a more useful starting point—not to sell a repair.
Exact dash message, when it happens, whether it is constant or intermittent, and any recent flat battery, jump-start or work.
Read the available modules, preserve code status and capture selected live data when it is relevant and supported.
Receive the report and plain-English notes, including what the scan does—and does not—confirm.
Before requesting a quote
A clear photo of the dash message helps. Include when the symptom occurs and any recent battery trouble or repair work.
